We hereby inform you that the personal data you provide through email or other contact channels will be processed for the purpose of managing communications, handling commercial or contractual relationships, providing the requested services, and, where applicable, sending commercial information related to our activity.

The legal basis for processing the data is the data subject’s consent and/or the performance of a contractual relationship.

Personal data will be kept for as long as the relationship with the data subject is maintained and, once terminated, for the legally established periods. In the absence of a legal obligation, the data will be retained until the data subject requests its erasure or withdraws the consent granted.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. However, they may be processed by service providers necessary for the development of our activity, such as email service providers or data hosting services, with whom T.M. Ricarte S.L. has entered into the corresponding data processing agreements.

In the event that such providers are located outside the European Economic Area, international data transfers will be carried out with appropriate safeguards, through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally established mechanisms that ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Personal data will form part of a file under the responsibility of T.M. Ricarte S.L. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability, by submitting a request via email to administracion@tmricarte.com, or by using the forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, duly electronically signed or accompanied by a copy of your ID document. If acting through a representative, proof of representation must also be provided.

Requests may be submitted in person, by postal mail, or by electronic means. The maximum response period is one month from receipt of the request.

If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Should any of your personal data change, we would appreciate you notifying us in writing in order to keep them properly updated.
