MIG-MAG and TIG

We offer manual MIG-MAG and TIG welding services for carbon steel and aluminum, using state-of-the-art equipment. Our facility includes 14 workstations equipped with precision tables measuring 2000×1000 mm, ensuring the highest quality in every project.

We are certified under ISO 1090-1 and ISO 3834-2, and we also hold the CSA W47.1 certification, validating our expertise in steel welding for the Canadian market. These certifications reflect our skill and commitment to excellence in metal welding.

Process

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?

MIG/MAG welding is an arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode and a shielding gas to join two or more metal pieces, with or without filler material. In this method, a wire electrode is continuously fed through a welding gun, where it melts and deposits into the weld joint. Known for its high speed, ease of automation, and ability to produce high-quality welds with a clean appearance, MIG/MAG welding is both efficient and versatile, delivering strong, clean welds with minimal post-weld cleaning required.
