LASER CUTTING

We have 4 state-of-the-art laser machines with fiber technology and power levels of 6, 9, and 12 kW, with a working area of 3,000 x 1,500 millimeters.

We cut thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm to 30mm in carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Additionally, we can also cut materials such as brass and copper, among others.

Laser cutting combines precision, efficiency, and versatility, making it an ideal option for applications requiring high quality and detailed cuts. It enables extremely fine and intricate cuts, perfect for complex designs, producing clean and smooth edges without the need for additional finishing.

Thanks to its flexibility, laser cutting can handle a wide variety of materials and thicknesses, with a specialization in carbon steels of different grades tailored to the customer’s needs.

Additionally, it is a fast and highly efficient method for complex cuts in small or medium production runs.
The integration of our lasers with automated loading and unloading systems enhances efficiency and reduces processing time.
