We have 14 automatic press brakes with a capacity of 220 tons and a bending length of 3 meters. We use bending software to create programs directly from our technical office, providing solutions to our customers even before manufacturing begins.

Process

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?

Bending is a fundamental process in industrial manufacturing that involves shaping metal parts by applying pressure with a specialized machine called a press brake. The sheet metal is placed on a die, and a punch descends to bend the metal according to the desired angle and shape. This method enables the creation of precise and repeatable metal components.
