4 kW tube laser cutting machine with 3D head for round, square, rectangular tubes, special sections and open profiles up to 40 kg / m with sections from 12 to 240 mm. It has automatic loading and unloading of bars up to 6.5 m in length.
Process
Tube laser cutting is a technique used for cutting and machining tubes. We cut complex contours with thicknesses of up to 12 mm without problem, materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or brass, among others.
It allows marking, inserts or part positioners, in addition, with the 3D cutting head, we can make bevels up to 45º.
Laser tube cutting offers something more: it quickly, accurately and profitably performs both large and small production batches.

We utilize 4 state-of-the-art lasers, 2 of which are 4KW CO2 and another 2 with 6 & 9 KW fiber laser technology. This allows us to guarantee quality, satisfaction and services demanded by our customers. All of our lasers have automatic loading and unloading.

Laser cutting is a technique used to cut metalsheet from 0,6mm to 25mm of thickness in carbónsteel and stainless steel. We can also cut materials such as brass, copper and others.

We have two electric punching machines with loading and unloading, with a first area of 2 palletsof automatic change and a second area of 3 EUP-pallets with a tooling range of 2500*1250 without repositioning.

Folding or bending

In our folding section, we have machines with a capacity of 100 tons and 3 meters of folding length. We utilize folding software in our technical officeto create programs which give our customers solutions even before fabrication starts.
Process
The folding machines are especially designed to fold sheets. These machines carry out different types of folding or bending (bottom bending and air bending) keeping in mind the thickness of the sheet. They are classifieddepending on the driving force with which the folding or bending is produced as well as the different shapes orperformance of the pressing power.

We do manual CO2, TIG and aluminum welding on stainless Steel. We have homologated welding in procedures in ISO 3834-2 and homologated welders.
